Building a successful Career/Business

Lesson I learnt on my journey so far:

1. Be Bold – Conquer the survival instinct. Life is more than cars, houses, clothes, and food. Live to make a difference in your world. Be bold to create your own path, if necessary. Destiny requires boldness. You have to cultivate a Lion heart to face and conquer your fears
2. Know your space – Every human has a specified space for his manifestation. You are not sent to every sector. There is a space for you. Know you space. Ask God to show you that one thing He wants you to pursue. Some will be politicians, some will focus on a career path, and others will do business or run Non-profits. Whatever you need to do to know your
   space. Please do.
3. Know your place – there is a place for your dreams and visions. You are not sent everywhere. You may not know how gifted you are, until you are in your place. Being in the wrong place is the first reason why many people struggle endlessly. A fish out of water will have many troubles.
4. Take the risk – You must conquer your fears. You don’t know what will work, until you try it. Take the risk, even when you can’t seem to see all the stairs, take the first step in faith. Destiny will be at the mercy of indecision without the strong heart to take a risk. Sometimes you will need to be the first to prove that it works, and you will be rewarded for blazing the trial.
5. Start Small – The desire to begin big is usually the enemy of greatness. Nothing ever starts from the top. Everything starts from the ground level and go up. If you know what to do, what you have is enough to start, where you are is a good point to start. Don’t despise the days of small beginnings, it has great recompense.
6. Pray, Pray, Pray – This is not a religious encouragement. The place of Prayer is actually where the energy for motion is generated. Prayer makes tremendous power available for destiny speed. If you are not moving as fast as you want, maybe you are not generating enough energy.
7. Don’t Give Up – When results don’t seem to be instant, refuse to be discouraged. Focus on the big picture and insist on making your picture your reality. Don’t give way (back out), don’t give up (Lose Hope), don’t give out (Surrender), and don’t give in (compromise). If it is God that showed you, stay with it. The beginnings are not always easy.
8. Don’t take it easy – Imagine two drivers on an express road and one of them is on top speed, he seems not to be taking it easy. The other driver seems to be very calm, taking it easy. If you inquire from them why they are acting differently on the same road. You will find out that the first driver is travelling to a distant state; the second driver may just be
   going to the next bus stop. Those who take it easy are not going far.
9. Be in Communion with the Holy Spirit – This is where the advantage lies for a believer. Constant fellowship will help you navigate through the course of life with minimal losses and disappointments. Nothing beats divine guidance on the path of destiny.

Word of Knowledge

God showed you your space and your place; somehow you abandoned it and went somewhere
else. For you, you actually went, but you experienced the very harsh difficulty of the beginning and
you quit.

Thus says the Spirit of God… it is a NEW SEASON
